Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Social Sciences; MBA is a significant advantage.
Membership in the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) or similar.
12+ years in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a multi-sector Nigerian group.
Strong experience in market entry strategy and execution across African markets.
Specific experience in service-based marketing (Logistics or Hospitality) preferred.
Deep understanding of the Lagos market and cross-border business operations, including legal, cultural, and economic dynamics.
French language skills are an added advantage, but not a requirement.
