    Lead Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Engineer

    JOB PROFILE

    • We are seeking a Discipline Lead for Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Engineer who will serve as the discipline lead for electrical, instrumentation and control on a long-term integrated maintenance contract supporting a floating production asset in West Africa. The role will provide second-line technical support to the site team.

    Essentials

    • Electrical, electronic or control engineering degree, with chartered or COREN registration.
    • Fifteen years' experience, substantially on offshore production facilities. FPSO experience preferred.
    • High-voltage authority experience, including switchboards, generators, transformers, motors, distribution, protection settings and HV switching. Current HV Authorised Person certification is essential.
    • Integrated control and safety systems experience, including DCS, PLC and SCADA, maintained on a live asset.
    • Safety instrumented systems and fire and gas to IEC 61511 and IEC 61508, including the proof-testing regime that keeps them valid.
    • Safety-critical element assurance experience from the maintenance side, including testing, calibration, recertification and performance reporting against the operator's standards.
    • Field instrumentation experience, including transmitters, control valves, motor-operated valves, metering, calibration and loop integrity.
    • Hazardous area equipment experience, including Ex inspection and maintenance to IEC 60079.
    • BOSIET and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain. Must be available to mobilise at short notice.
    • English is essential. French and West Africa regional experience are strong advantages.

    Lead Maintenance and Turnaround Planning Engineer

    Essential Requirements

    • Engineering degree, Chartered Engineer or COREN registered.
    • Minimum of fifteen years' experience, substantially on offshore production facilities; FPSO experience preferred.
    • Proven experience in planning and executing offshore shutdowns and turnarounds, from first scope development through to final close-out.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource loading, critical path, progress measurement, and honest reporting of slippage.
    • Experience with CMMS work management, preferably MAXIMO, Backlog control, work order quality, and preventive maintenance optimisation.
    • Strong experience in materials and spares planning, long-lead identification, and the authority to reject a job that is not ready.
    • Experience managing activities within a fixed planned maintenance hours budget, with a clear understanding of the commercial implications of budget overruns.
    • Valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain; Available to mobilise at short notice.
    • English language skills are essential. French and West Africa regional experience would be a strong advantage.

    Lead Marine and Structural Integrity Engineer

    JOB BRIEF

    • Discipline Lead for hull, turret, mooring and marine systems on a long-term integrated maintenance contract supporting a floating production asset in West Africa. The Role will Provide second-line technical support to the site team and act as the primary point of contact with Class.

    Essential

    • Naval architecture or structural engineering degree, with chartered or equivalent professional registration.
    • Fifteen years' experience, with genuine FPSO or floating unit hull experience. Fixed platform experience is not a substitute.
    • Hull structural integrity experience, including corrosion management, coatings, cathodic protection, tank inspection and anomaly management.
    • Turret and mooring integrity experience, with awareness of riser and umbilical interfaces.
    • Class regime experience, DNV preferred, including surveys, conditions of class and special periodical survey planning.
    • Underwater inspection in lieu of drydocking, including scoping and supervision of ROV and dive campaigns.
    • Marine systems experience, including ballast, inert gas, cargo tanks and offloading.
    • BOSIET and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain. Must be available to mobilise at short notice.
    • English is essential. French and West Africa regional experience are strong advantages.

    Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer

    JOB BRIEF

    • The Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer will serve as the Discipline lead for rotating equipment on a long-term integrated maintenance contract supporting a floating production asset in West Africa. The role provides second-line technical support to the site team.

    Essential Requirement
    Essential Requirements

    • Mechanical Engineering degree, Chartered or COREN registered.
    • Minimum of fifteen years' experience, substantially gained on offshore production facilities, FPSO experience preferred.
    • Strong experience with centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, seal gas systems, lube oil systems, dry gas seals, turbines, pumps, generators and cranes.
    • Proven capability in condition monitoring and vibration analysis- able to interpret the data, not just receive the report.
    • Demonstrated expertise in root cause failure analysis, with the technical credibility to present findings to OEMs and confidently defend recommendations.
    • Knowledge of static equipment, pressure vessels, piping and valves, as a Secondary area of expertise.
    • Valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain both; available to mobilise at short notice.
    • English language skills are essential. French and West African Regional experience is a strong advantage.

    Added Advantage

    • Previous experience with OEMs such as Siemens, Solar, Baker Hughes or Atlas Copco.
    • Experience in Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and criticality assessment.
