Essential Requirements
Engineering degree, Chartered Engineer or COREN registered.
Minimum of fifteen years' experience, substantially on offshore production facilities; FPSO experience preferred.
Proven experience in planning and executing offshore shutdowns and turnarounds, from first scope development through to final close-out.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource loading, critical path, progress measurement, and honest reporting of slippage.
Experience with CMMS work management, preferably MAXIMO, Backlog control, work order quality, and preventive maintenance optimisation.
Strong experience in materials and spares planning, long-lead identification, and the authority to reject a job that is not ready.
Experience managing activities within a fixed planned maintenance hours budget, with a clear understanding of the commercial implications of budget overruns.
Valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical, or willingness to obtain; Available to mobilise at short notice.
English language skills are essential. French and West Africa regional experience would be a strong advantage.
