Head of Marketing at Adekunle Ajayi and Company

Role Summary:

Promote company properties and services to attract clients and close deals.

 Job Description: 

The Chief Marketer leads the marketing team to promote Adekunle Ajayi and Company’s services and brand. This role focuses on developing marketing strategies, driving client acquisition, and enhancing market presence in Ogun State and beyond.

 Key Duties: 

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and competitive trends.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
