Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Head of Investment & Partnerships to drive high-value investment opportunities and project financing. 
• This role is ideal for a former bank manager with an extensive network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and financial partners who can mobilize significant funds for strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure investments of ₦100M+ monthly.
• Leverage existing relationships with HNIs, corporate investors, and financial institutions to generate project funding.
• Identify and pitch investment opportunities to potential investors.
• Negotiate and structure high-value investment deals to maximize returns.
• Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring long-term financial collaborations.
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, risk assessment, and investment growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Former Bank Manager with a proven track record in investment, wealth management, or corporate finance.
• Strong network of HNIs, institutional investors, and financial decision-makers.
• Ability to secure and manage large-scale investments and project financing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment structuring, and risk management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
