Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors, ensuring all audit requirements are met and addressing any findings or recommendations.

Treasury and Cash Management:

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Implement and maintain effective treasury management practices, including cash forecasting, investment strategies, and banking relationships.

Risk Management and Internal Controls:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to safeguard company assets and optimize risk-return trade-offs.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members to Enhance Their Skills And Capabilities.

Procurement Management:

• Ensures organizational procurement policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to
• Vendor and stakeholder management to deliver value to the organization.

• Ensure financial sustainability and profitability to support the company's growth and expansion efforts.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making and resourceallocation in alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
