Key Responsibilities
You will own the bank’s financial health and operational efficiency. This includes:

• Setting and executing the financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing all regulatory reporting.
• Leading the design and maintenance of robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver accurate, actionable data for executive decision-making.
• Driving the strategic use of technology to optimize back-office processes.
• Ensuring rigorous financial controls and full compliance with CBN regulations.
• Leading and mentoring the Finance, Administration, and MIS teams.
• The ideal candidate leverages expertise at the intersection of finance and technology with a strategic mindset.

Mandatory Qualifications

• CIBN Microfinance Certification (Required).
• A recognized professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience (HOD or equivalent) in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience implementing and leveraging Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Demonstrable strategic leadership and a strong analytical approach.
