    Head of Enterprise & Partnerships, Northern Region

    Job Purpose:

    To lead enterprise mandate acquisition, private-sector partnerships, and ecosystem expansion across the Northern Region. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling transaction volumes, and building strategic enterprise relationships through a mandate-driven, performance-focused approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, pursue, and close high-value private-sector enterprise mandates across key industries including FMCG, Agritech, logistics, retail, and cooperatives.
    • Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates and timely mandate activation.
    • Drive enterprise revenue growth through increased transaction value, volume, and partner Utilisation.
    • Develop and expand the enterprise ecosystem through strategic partnerships, API integrations, and embedded finance use cases.
    • Lead senior stakeholder and account management, including regular engagements and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
    • Ensure full compliance with KYB/KYC, onboarding, governance, and contractual requirements.
    • Provide accurate pipeline reporting, performance tracking, and revenue forecasting.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to deliver enterprise mandates end-to-end.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • 8–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within the private sector.
    • At least 4–6 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role with revenue ownership.
    • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise mandates and driving transaction-based revenue growth.
    • Experience within fintech, payments, platforms, or technology-enabled business models is highly desirable.
