The Head of Commercial will be responsible for driving Sooyah Bistro’s revenue growth, hashtag#brandexpansion, and overall hashtag#commercialstrategy. This role sits at the intersection of restaurant operations, hashtag#sales, hashtag#marketing, and hashtag#businessdevelopment, ensuring operational excellence while scaling the business across new brands, menus, and geographies.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with entrepreneurial thinking and has experience scaling food or hospitality businesses.
