    Head of Supply Chain

    • This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional who understands that in QSR, speed, consistency, and quality are everything.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Supply Chain Strategy
    • Design and implement scalable supply chain strategy for QSR, FMCG, and retail brands.
    • Build infrastructure to support national expansion and multi-outlet growth.
    • Establish centralized supply chain governance across brands.
    • Drive cost savings, process improvements, and operational excellence

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 7–11 years’ experience in supply chain / procurement / operations
    • Background in QSR, FMCG, restaurant, or retail environments
    • Strong negotiation, analytics, and leadership capability
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-location operations.

    Head of Commercial

    • The Head of Commercial will be responsible for driving Sooyah Bistro’s revenue growth, hashtag#brandexpansion, and overall hashtag#commercialstrategy. This role sits at the intersection of restaurant operations, hashtag#sales, hashtag#marketing, and hashtag#businessdevelopment, ensuring operational excellence while scaling the business across new brands, menus, and geographies.
    • The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with entrepreneurial thinking and has experience scaling food or hospitality businesses.

    • Experience managing multi-unit operations is highly preferred
    • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
