Ascentech Services Limited - Our client, a leading company with business operations in the Construction industry, is currently looking to engage a Head of Business (Real Estate / Construction & Architectural Design), to oversee operations, people and processes for optimum profitability, so as to ensure maximum “value-add” for all stakeholders.
Role summary:
The ideal candidate shall be accountable for positioning and driving the overall business operations, people and processes for business profitability, customer satisfaction, and increase in stakeholders’ value.
Education: BSc/HND/MSc/MBA
Industry/Sector: Real Estate / Construction / Architectural Design
Experience: 7+ years
Duties:
- Lead the development and driving of organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs in alignment with short- and long-term business objectives
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and project coordination from conception to completion
- Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
- Meet existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
- Ensure contractual conditions of performance
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining for the attention of management
- Ensure adhere to necessary statutory and business compliance requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
Educational and Professional Qualification
- BSc/HND in Architecture, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related field. MSc/MBA, and other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 7+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions in the building, construction, interior design, Project Management space.
