Responsibilities:
You will be leading the overall Digital Banking functions and will be responsible to Develop, Manage and implement Organizational Digital Strategy aligned with business objectives and initiatives.
You will also be an influencer as to how to build the resources, technology and processes needed to achieve the aggressive goal in Digital Roadmap.
You will work closely with product managers/subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of business unit requirements through Digital means.
You will also responsible to review and evaluate the existing organizational back office/front office processes for the transformation through digitalization and automation.
You will be responsible for business performance and continuity of digital and self-service channels and promote and adopt digital and self-service channels among customers.
Promote agility in overall work flows by implementing/introducing latest tools and technologies bundle with innovative ideas.
Develop and maintain connections with digitalization technology providers, peers in the industry, and relevant stakeholders.
Assist senior management in formulating and executing innovative products, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience.
Work closely with Project Management Office to implement the digital projects, along with post-implementation review after launch and usability.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve target project results.
Requirement:
Bachelors from a reputed institute, MBA/MCS will be preferable
Have 2 years’ experience working with fin-tech and overall 6 years of Banking experience and would preferably have held the position of Senior Manager Digital Banking.
Have a solid understanding and grasp over Processes Automation.
Technically proficient with all current and potential concepts of the IT & Digital Banking industry.
Exposure to business theory, business processes, management, and business office operations.
Proven experience in planning, organization, and development.
Demonstrated ability to apply digital solutions to business problems.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
People management skills
