Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales for Sujimoto’s premium developments
• Close high-value property transactions with HNWIs, UHNWIs, investors & corporate buyers
• Build and manage strategic partnerships that directly convert to sales (private banks, wealth managers, luxury brokers)
• Lead and manage the sales team to deliver aggressive revenue targets
• Represent Sujimoto at exclusive private viewings and high-level engagements
• Attend exclusive events and networking opportunitiesto identify and engage potential buyers
• Represent Sujimoto at private viewings and high-profile client meetings.
