Head of Advisory at Emerald Business Support Services (EmeraldBSS)

Responsibilities
This position places a strong emphasis on:

• Designing and building intricate financial models
• Overseeing valuation and advisory engagements
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality control within the advisory function.
• The person will play a crucial role in shaping and executing deals while providing key recommendations to the firm's leadership.

Requirements
Technical Skills:

• Solid practical understanding of Financial Modelling
• Advanced analytical skill with the use of technology/software to quickly grasp other supporting software tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with buy-side documentation and rigorous execution at due-diligence stages to protect all parties

Project Management Skills:

• Proficiency in the use of Project Management tools (e.g., Gantt Chart or similar) encompassing contents, dependencies, and cost within timeliness
• Excellent presentation and reporting structure to stakeholders at a very senior level
• Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables

Financial Analysis & Profitability:

• Conducts thorough financial analysis, including risk assessments and due diligence, to identify investment opportunities and potential challenges.
• Deal origination and ability to maintain relationships at a high level
• Provides insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Follows-through with milestone payments as per engagement.
• Oversees multiple valuation and advisory engagements simultaneously from end to end
