- Salary Range Above ₦1,000,000/month
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in line with the organisation’s corporate strategy
- Oversee the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software programs
- Research, design, test, and evaluate new technologies, platforms, and third-party products
- Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Acquire and maintain IT infrastructure
- Design and implement efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
- Coordinate with developers and vendors to build and implement technology solutions
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams on different IT platforms
- Supervise the gathering of feedback from end users about system performance, and ensure close out of identified gaps
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Provide technical training for new and existing staff on areas of usage of technology
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
- Ensure optimal uptime on all IT platforms throughout company branch network
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Manage annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Audit systems and assess IT programs, IT projects, technical architecture, controls and operating models to uncover risks, and implement appropriate mitigations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
