Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process and assess training needs to close skill gaps
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Manage payroll plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior management role overseeing HR functions
• Experience in the Agriculture, Real estate or Hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Availability to travel to other subsidiaries to oversee projects.
• Must have at least five years working experience in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• HR Certification is Mandatory.
