Head Finance and Accounts (Retail) at Hreade

Job Summary

Responsible for managing monies and cash to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk. Ensures there is proper control structure in place in managing investments.  Provides consulting services to managers within the organization, advising them of current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization. Carries out financial analysis by forecasting, managing operational performance, performing cost reduction analysis and budgeting.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting/Banking and Finance from a reputable university;
• ICAN/ACCA mandatory;
• MBA/ Masters in Finance will be an added advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in accounting and finance;
• Experience in the retail sector (FMCG) will be an added advantage
