    Head, Corporate Services

    The Head, Corporate Service will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Supply Chain, Internal Control and Logistics Management business divisions of the Company, optimizing, and aligning them with the Company’s growth goals.

    The Head, Corporate Service will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Management, or related field.
    • MBA/ Masters in Business related course is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of eight  (8) years’ relevant experience.
    • Hands -on knowledge of Resource Administration & Management Organization Advisory and Consulting.
    • Proven track record of Business & Organization Model & Performance Management.
    • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Experience in problem diagnosis and foresight into potential issues.
    • Extensive knowledge of supply chain ecosystem and process management.

    Job Description

    •  Collaborate with the executive leadership of the Company to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy especially with respect to the Supply Chain, Internal Control and Warehousing departments.
    • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, leading departmental goal setting, performance management, and operation planning for the long and short term of the 3 departments assigned.
    • Work with all department heads in sub-group to develop their annual and operational budgets.
    •  Lead assigned businesses in striving towards, and meeting, assigned financial and non-financial targets.
    •  Ensure operational efficiency and process enhancement initiatives across assigned teams.
    • Drive the building and institutionalization of the desired culture and values across the 3 businesses managed.
    • Work from within teams being led to build the Company’s image, stimulating brand desirability.
    •  Oversee the warehouse department to ensuring that standard warehousing and fulfilment procedures such as receiving, picking, and packing, for speed, efficiency, and quality of throughput are up -to-code.
    •  Develop credible, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable leaders and teams across the 3 businesses being managed.
    • Ensure business adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements or obligations.
    • Report on the performance of the assigned teams to executive management .
    • Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.
    •  Serve as Project Delivery Director for new and existing programs across the 3 departments.
    • Stay abreast of key developments in business areas being managed.
    • Communicate and connect with both executives and departments employees, balancing the demands and points of view of both parties.
