    Head, Corporate Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the corporate sales and relationship management activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to institutional investors.
    • Grow the institutional client numbers and market share.
    • Manage human resources in the group to increase value creation, business volume, and company profitability.
    • Oversee and ensure that the flow of clients’ transactions and investments portfolio is in accordance with each client’s mandate.
    • Deploy portfolio, investment advisory and liquidity management solutions adhering to the company’s guidelines and requirements for product disclosures.
    • Review client profiles to ensure that their investments are in accordance with mandates.
    • Promote the sales and services culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
    • As part of the company’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
    • Preference for postgraduate business or related degree or other professional qualification.
    • Minimum of 10 years working experience in a reputable Banking or asset management firm.
    • Previous experience in corporate and institutional sales, asset management, or wealth management advisory.
    • Understanding the Nigerian financial services sector and other non- bank financial services industries in which the company competes.
    • Portfolio management, Wealth management and Strong Financial instruments knowledge
    • Credit assessment and structuring.
    • Demonstrated ethical conduct and adherence to industry regulations.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry certifications.
