    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Leading HR & Administrative initiatives in alignment with the overall organisational objectives and international best practice.
    • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, hire and manage top talents to meet manpower needs.
    • Coordinating onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
    • Driving performance management processes and employee development programs.
    • Developing and implementing career development and succession planning systems.
    • Handling complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy and legal compliance.

    Head, Corporate Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the corporate sales and relationship management activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to institutional investors.
    • Grow the institutional client numbers and market share.
    • Manage human resources in the group to increase value creation, business volume, and company profitability.
    • Oversee and ensure that the flow of clients’ transactions and investments portfolio is in accordance with each client’s mandate.
    • Deploy portfolio, investment advisory and liquidity management solutions adhering to the company’s guidelines and requirements for product disclosures.

    • Understanding the Nigerian financial services sector and other non- bank financial services industries in which the company competes.
