Job Summary
- Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for client satisfaction and service excellence?
- An innovative Insurance Brokerage Firm is looking for a Head of Client Service to lead our client-facing operations and elevate our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Service team to ensure top-tier customer experiences
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Oversee the handling of client inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth client interactions
- Analyze customer service trends and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service or relationship management, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
