HBRP Supervisor at Newedge Finance Limited

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to assist your Line Manager in the supervision of the human resources team
• Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
• Assist in the smooth running of the of the team
• Contribute to training and development of the team
• Assign and track batch recruitment and other tasks to other HRs
• Assist in the management of other HR daily duties
• Assist in overseeing and establishing and the company's HR system process and the implementation of headquarters HR projects or plans;
• Overseeing employee relations
• Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
• Initiating disciplinary procedures
• HR strategy and business management
• On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions when needed
• Carry out other task as required by your superior
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
• Degree in Human resources or any related course
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good communication skill
• knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
• Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management.
• Proficient knowledge of MS office.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Computer savvy.
