Hair Stylist at The HR Hub Nigeria

• The Pearl Beauty Loft is hiring talented, passionate Hair Stylists for our growing salon in Lekki Phase 1. 
• Whether you are already experienced in protective styling or looking to expand your skills, this is a chance to work in a premium salon where quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction come first. 
• If you have great attention to detail, enjoy creating beautiful hairstyles, and love helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to meet you. 
• Hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and accommodation is not provided. 
• Successful candidates should be available to start by the end of the month.

What You'll Do

• Install crochet locs to the salon's standard (full training provided, no prior loc-installation experience required).
• Create neat, long-lasting knotless braids.
• Style stitch braids in a variety of patterns and designs.
• Carry out sew-in installations with precision and attention to detail.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles based on each client's hair type, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Keep your workstation and tools clean and hygienic.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout every appointment.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists for a seamless client experience.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of professional experience with protective styles such as knotless braids, locs, stitch braids, and sew-ins.
• Neat, professional, and proud of producing quality work.
• Listens carefully to clients and communicates style recommendations confidently.
• Willing to learn new techniques and follow the salon's styling standards.
• Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Works efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
