General Qualifications

• The Principal must possess B.Ed in English or B.A in English, PGDE, M.A or M.Ed possession will be of an advantage.
• Others include; B.A or B.Ed for the English Teacher, B.A for the CRS and Guidance and Counselling Teacher and B.Sc for the Home Economics Teacher
• The Principal and Classroom Teachers must be of high moral standard, God-fearing, passionate, innovative and goal-oriented in nature.

Experience:

• 5-10 years cognate experience in heading reputable private schools (Principal) and 5-10 years experience as classroom teachers.

Salary is very attractive with other benefits such as staff quarters and one time meal per day.
