Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical | Behavioral | Strategic |
Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, etc.). | Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. | Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. |
Strong understanding of paid ad campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools. | Ability to manage a team and deliver results under tight deadlines. | Experience in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies. |
Proven ability to drive growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns. | Creative mindset with a focus on strategic growth. | Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels and their integration. |
