Growth Marketer at WakaFoody

About the Role

• We're on the hunt for a Growth Marketer, someone who lives and breathes growth, knows the power of data, and understands what makes people click, share, and order again.
• You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. From paid ads to influencer collaborations to creative experiments, you’ll take ownership of growth at WakaFoody and work closely with our social media and content teams to build a food delivery movement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (acquisition, retargeting, and promotions)
• Scout and manage influencer partnerships pitch, negotiate, and track performance
• Design and test growth experiments: referral programs, flash sales, offline activations, and more
• Collaborate with our social media manager and content creator on brand campaigns
• Track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, order volume, and influencer impact
• Prepare weekly growth reports and share actionable insights with the team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager (or equivalent platforms)
• Experience working with or managing influencers
• Comfortable with numbers: CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of Nigerian markets — especially outside of Lagos
• Self-starter who executes quickly and independently

• Have worked in food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Live in or are familiar with Akure
• Can write compelling ad copy or brainstorm creative campaign ideas
