Group Human Resources Manager at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert HR knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry 
• Establish and implement best practice approaches across all the various Human Resources and Admin functions 
• Develop a company appraisal management system and HR Policies and SOPs 
• Establish a recruiting and interviewing process in line with company policies.
• Manage the compensation and benefits process 
• Provides full support in implementing a strategic approach to exit management
• Oversee and provide a holistic end-to-end Administrative support
• Manage the company’s health management vendors and evaluates their performance periodically
• Keep abreast of the Employment Laws and current legislation with respect to HR

Requirements

• 12 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a Group Head HR
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Oil and Gas industry 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong project and people management experience
• B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or related field
