Job Summary
The Group Head, HR And Administration will be responsible for providing a professional HR service to the Group of School’s, identifying HR priorities, and recommending appropriate people management solutions to support the Group School’s aims and objectives. The role holder will oversee the delivery and administration of efficient Group HR systems, policies, processes, and procedures for all staff across the Group of schools, be responsible for all staff-related matters, including the recruitment and selection of key staff, managing and administering all employment related matters, providing advice and guidance for staff to ensure compliance with necessary policies and legislations at the Group level for administration in each of the Group of Schools.
