In this critical role, you will lead our financial reporting, planning, and analysis. You will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports, managing budgets, and providing key business analysis to support decision-making.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Preparing and delivering monthly consolidated financial reports.
Leading financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Managing all treasury operations, including bank relationships, payments, and reconciliations.
Overseeing tax management, intercompany reconciliations, and audit support.
Supervising and guiding finance staff to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Reviewing internal controls and operational processes to mitigate risks.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a similar finance management role.
Strong expertise in consolidated reporting, FP&A, and treasury management.
Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
(Preferred: ACCA/ACA or equivalent certification).
