Group Executive Director Finance (GED -Finance)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 20 - 25 years
- Location Kwara , Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Group Finances across its 10 Subsidiaries.
- Leadership and management of the group's finance team and GCFO.
- Help with Operation and Capital Fundraising both locally and internationally.
- Manage the cash flow, liquidity and financial visibility of the Holding and Subsidiary Companies.
- Help to facilitate Companies’ entry and visibility in the Global Financial Market.
- Capable of raising finance and developing the Company to a Global Multinational Company.
- Wide Network in the Global Financial Industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- First degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 20-25 years experience. With experience all over Africa, Asia and Europe.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAN
