Job Brief

We are looking for a competent Volunteer Coordinator to manage volunteers and programs. You will be responsible for managing and implementing programs. You must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experience.
Responsibilities

• WIN’s Program implementation & management
• Collate information on availabilities and skills
• Coordinate teams of volunteers for large-scale actions
• Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed
• Disseminate information for upcoming actions and events
• Ensure the purpose of the organization and its actions is clearly communicated

Requirements

• create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to the art director/creative director
• Incorporate changes recommended by the art director/creative director into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Interest/Proven experience in coordination, program management and communication
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse people
• Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
