Graphic Designer at BOTAC (Beauty Of Talent And Creativity) Academy

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, ensuring they are on-brand and optimized for each platform.
• Create visually appealing flyers, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate key messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events, translating written ideas into visuals that effectively communicate the concept.
• Adapt existing designs for various purposes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices, incorporating them into our marketing materials.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to create high-quality graphics and visual assets.
• Understand moodboarding techniques to gather inspiration and explore different design directions.
• Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and exploration in design, staying open to new ideas and techniques, and being proactive in taking courses or training to enhance skills.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Excellent creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to translate written ideas into visuals that effectively communicate the concept.
• Familiarity with moodboarding techniques and the ability to gather inspiration from various sources.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
