Role Summary

• The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the company's branding and communication objectives. Success in this role means delivering high-quality designs that enhance user experience, engage the target audience, and effectively communicate messages across digital and print media. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the company’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across all design assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design visually compelling assets for campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Create user-friendly designs for websites, mobile applications, and digital interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Design infographics, presentations, brochures, and other print materials as needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve visual output.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
• Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar design certifications.
