Graduate Trainee - Human Resources at Sigma Consult

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement and development activities.
• Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
• Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Male candidates are preferred for this position due to team requirements.
• Knowledge of HR software or systems is an advantage.
