Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and respect.
• Communicating effectively with students to share information about student progress, concerns, and support strategies.
• Providing individualized support to students who may be struggling or require additional support
• Continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and staying updated on best practices in teaching and subject-matter knowledge.
• Working collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and staff members to enhance the school's educational programs and student outcomes.
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, selecting appropriate teaching materials and resources, and ensuring curriculum coverage.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Ed / PGDE Degree with 4 years of experience.
• Must have experience teaching and preparing students for International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).
