• Closely collaborate with all dept to ensure smooth hotel operation 
• Revamped current hotel policies by creating Nemo's and maintain accurate personnel files.
• Ensureban optimal level of services and hospitality 
• Supervise the staff day to day operations of the hotel.
• Respond to all guest concerns or problem .
• The ideal candidate must be computer literate and must reside within Festac/Okota axis.
