Job Summary
- We are recruiting a highly strategic and commercially driven General Manager to oversee multiple business subsidiaries across real estate development, construction, and energy storage in Abuja.
- The successful candidate will operate at an executive level, driving business growth, financial governance, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
- This role requires a strong business builder capable of scaling newly established ventures into structured, profitable enterprises while managing senior stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- 7–10 years senior management experience across diversified businesses
- Experience in real estate, construction, or investment holding companies
- Strong financial governance and business strategy experience
- Proven leadership and team-building capability
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Experience operating within Nigerian regulatory environment.
