Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and licensing laws.
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Analyze sales data and adjust marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the executive team to achieve business objectives.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, finance, and marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic accounting and financial management skills.
• Certification in hospitality or related field (desired).
