General Manager & Business Development Manager - Logistics
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall logistics business and operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Drive business growth Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within the logistics industry or related field.
In-depth knowledge of logistics operations including transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team towards common goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach towards resolving issues promptly.
Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.
