Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the company, develop growth strategies, manage resources, and ensure efficiency across all business functions. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in business administration and management science to drive sustainable growth, operational effectiveness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the company’s operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives for business expansion
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to the Chairman.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in business administration, operations management, or general management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a growing business or organization.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management and business development.
• Knowledge of the automotive/driving services industry is an advantage.
