    GAC Team Leader

    DESCRIPTION

    • The Primary role of the Team Leader is to provide Leadership to the assigned team while ensuring achievement of the business objective in relation to assigned team task. The Team Leader is the liaison personnel responsible for clear communication and achievement of team goals through effective coordination.
    • Clear communication of business expectation (Target) to the team and ensuring leadership towards achievement of the set goal.
    • Daily monitoring of team activities to ensure alignment with organizations goal.
    • Review of individual team performance to identify areas of improvement/needs.
    • On the Job Training delivery (OTJ) This entails the followers lean through examples from the leader.
    • Responsible for Promoter and Retail Reps in the assigned region
    • Management of all client retail assets and POSMs/GWP Items deployed to the region – Ensures effective deployment to achieve the desired goal.
    • Management of all client sales and visibility activities deployed in the region – Master dealer program, Sub Dealer Program and all other sales/visibility activities deployed in the region.
    • Responsible for collation and sharing of market updates and intelligence to ensure the business is updated with latest market information.
    • New market development and expansion within the region through Every dealer Survey (EDS) carried out through the Retail Representative.
    • Encouraging creativity amongst team members and thus identifying more efficient/productive ways to achieving given target (Improvement of Width of distribution)
    • Report submission and participation in meetings and other critical sections for business development.
    • Carry out any other task that may be assigned by the leadership team towards the achievement of the business goal.

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for? 

    • To qualify for this role, you should have:
    • 5 years of experience in Telecom business and field management 
    • Account Management Experience
    • Higher Diploma / Diploma in business studies.
