JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing information about products or services, explaining features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process.
• Handling reservations, appointments, or bookings as needed.
• Processing transactions, handling cash or credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
•  Managing phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing information to customers.
• Performing administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and handling paperwork.
• Addressing customer concerns or issues and finding appropriate solutions.
• Staying informed about products or services offered and updating knowledge regularly.
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presents a positive image to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bsc/HND Bussiness Administration/Marketing 
• Excellent communication skills 
• 1-3years experience in sales and marketing.
• Good knowledge of basic sales techniques and also ability to up sale and cross sale products

This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
