Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients.
• Maintain records at the front desk.
• Respond to offline/online inquiries.
• Schedule medical appointments.
• Perform general clerical & administrative duties.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 - 5 yearswork experience in this job role or a similar one is an advantage.
• Female.
• 25 - 35 years old.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint).
• Good Telephone/Phone call handling skills/etiquette.
• Well groomed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Must reside around Bodija.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
