    Front Desk Officer - Tech Organization

    Key Responsibilities

    • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a professional manner, ensuring they sign in and adhere to security protocols.
    • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to the appropriate departments or personnel.
    • Office Presentation & Supplies: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area. Monitor and order office supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings (including booking meeting rooms and setting up logistics), and assist with travel arrangements.
    • Customer Relationship Support: Act as a primary contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions, coordinating with internal teams (like sales or technical support) to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Basic Technical Knowledge (Tech-specific): Some roles may require familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting or knowledge of the company's tech products/services to assist clients with basic inquiries before escalating to technical support.

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • Education: A minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
    • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role is typically required.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office management tools. Familiarity with CRM software or booking systems may also be necessary.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • A professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
