Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome to guests, and handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
Reception Duties: Receive and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
Communication: Ensure seamless communication with guests, employees, and management.
Room Assignments and Key Management: Assign rooms, manage key cards, and ensure accurate room status.
Payment Processing: Handle payment processing, including credit card transactions and cash handling.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role. Certifications: Hospitality certification (e.g., Certified Hospitality Manager) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
