    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
    • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence—directing them to the appropriate departments.
    • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
    • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    • Maintain visitor logs, issue access passes, and ensure security and confidentiality.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
    • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other office documentation.
    • Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
    • Coordinate with facility management and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and brand image.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and promptly.
    • Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
    • Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative support.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.

    • Reliable and punctual.
