Job Description

• We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating memorable guest experiences, and is comfortable with a stay-in (residential) work arrangement within the resort.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Manage room reservations and front desk records accurately
• Provide information about the resort, activities, and services
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming front desk environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, well-presented, and guest-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to stay within the resort accommodation.
