Front Desk Officer at HRLeverage Africa

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Post informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or any relevant field
• One year of work experience as Front desk personnel
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Must be computer literate
• Passionate in developing IT skills
