Front Desk Officer at a Reputable Company

We are currently seeking a well-organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Ikeja office.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations.
• Support daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Handle document filing, photocopying, and correspondence.
• Schedule and confirm property inspection appointments.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient office communication.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable appearance and good personal grooming.
• Must reside within or around Ikeja / Alausa axis.
• Previous experience in a real estate or corporate office setting will be an advantage.
