    Front Desk Attendant

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests , providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
    • The role involves managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
    • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
    • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
    • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
    • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation.
    • Process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash/transactions.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
    • Monitor lobby activity and ensure a clean, organized front desk area.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
    • Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role (hospitality preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hotel management systems).
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
